Ingredients:
Roasted instant barley
In the cup:
Toasted bread, malt, hazelnut. Gentle bitterness, clean finish. Rounder with milk.
Caffeine:
None

Orzo Carati is pure barley: no chicory, malt, added sugar or flavourings. It’s the drink for customers who avoid caffeine, and for those who order an orzo every evening out of habit.

Ginseng Carati is the ginseng your customers know from Italian bars: sweet, creamy, halfway between an espresso and a cappuccino. Served short and very hot, in a small cup.
